TRAVIS HESOM

(@thehesommc)

Director

Travis has been in the events industry since 2011, having worked under the late George Forder on the second ever JoBerg2c. After George's tragic passing, Travis was offered the contract to head up the Branding and Logistics portfolio of Joberg2c, Sani2c, N3TC Meals on Wheels, Casstheta Water Station, Nedbank Green Mile and the prestigious Old Mutual Inchanga Corner on Comrades. This was only the beginning, but Trav and On[the]go have subsequently added many others to the list with not only some of the biggest stage races in the country, but also being the national brand activation company for Thirsti Water. Travis (@thehesommc) has also made his mark on the commentating world, having provided the voice for African Continental Champs 2016 XCO, DHI and Marathon, Lesotho Sky, SA XCO Championships, SA Enduro Champs, Harrismith Mountain Race (the country’s oldest race), SA DHI Championships, Mudman Series, Crank Chaos, Jeep Warrior Race 2015, and Old Mutual Inchanga Corner.

Travis is fearless in everything that he does for On[the]go and continues to inspire and lead every single person who becomes a part of the [crew]! We are constantly in awe of not only his drive and vision, but also his undeniable love for everything events!

KIRSTY BEZUIDENHOUT

Director

Kirsty has been in the events industry since 2015 and has worked on over 40 events of varying sizes and disciplines from MTB and trail to corporate events, fundraisers and national brand activations.

Kirsty’s focus initially started off with behind-the-scenes pre and post -event admin, as well as being on the frontlines of many registration and timing events across KZN and into Gauteng. This required years of on-the-ground experience which gave her a great amount of insight into the various aspects and systems required in event co-ordination and logistics.

Since then, Kirsty has also been involved in the marketing of multiple events, creating new systems, managing and co-ordinating event registration and timing, branding production and activation, as well as a wide range of project management. Kirsty loves the chance to be able to tackle new challenges, experience new events, innovate and deal with members of the public, as well as take on the responsibility of any brand and make it her own.
